Trip to Udaipur

At Monsoon Temple above Udaipur. Various horses to choose from. Watch the shape of the ears, like two moons. This is typical for these horses and looks very beautifull. Posted by Picasa
Yes this is me on the horse...galopping with the fiery Rajasthani beauty through the breathtaking landscape in the surroundings of Udaipur left unforgettable memories Posted by Picasa

Trip to Mumbai

Mumbai skyline. View from Chowpatty to Juhu beach. Even though it is not at all meant for swimming, but enjoying the sea breeze and palm trees gives the city a nice flair! Posted by Picasa

Driving taxi is a hard job, during long hours one might miss someone to cuddle...but as the taxi becomes the permanent companion, replacing the human seems possible:) Posted by Picasa
Mumbai downtown. It has a working and rather transparent public transportation system, its pedestrain friendly and for my taste had a much better (as warmer than Delhi) climate. Posted by Picasa
The big Dobi Ghat (Laundry Place), 5000 men are beating (watch the trousers in the men's hands) the dirt out of Mumbai resident's clothes. In India there are only few washing machines, its mainly manualized. A certain group of society (yes, the caste system is very much in place, even though many like to ignore it) are dedicated to this profession,  Posted by Picasa

Trip to Jaipur

We had much fun driving around with a motor-riksha in Jaipur. The driver was excellent. Ramzan, if you read this, please re-locate to Delhi:), life would be so much easier!!! Posted by Picasa
Jaipur also spots a beautiful lake with some romantic palace in the middle. Of course the colour here is pink! Posted by Picasa
No, I still cannot get used to the cows being around EVERYWHERE. This shot was taken out of the motorriksha, while standing in the traffic jam... Posted by Picasa
Selling flowers and leaves on the side of the streets for decorating the houses for Diwali - Festival of Lights (biggest festival in India) Posted by Picasa
Jaipur is surrounded by mountains and - despite the heavy traffic in some places (see next picture) - beautifull and almost serene, compared to the Delhi stress.. Posted by Picasa
Jaipur City, pay attention to the street. As it was Diwali time (just imagine Christmas and New Year celebrations together and you can imagine that traffic jam would be somehow normal). Posted by Picasa
Albert Hall in Jaipur. For some reasons it is home to the local pigeons. Posted by Picasa
